NEW YORK CITY OR CHICAGO TRIP:
Winner and parent or legal guardian shall travel to New York City or to Chicago to participate in a workshop with representatives from the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory the new musical team, the winner’s short story idea will be transformed into a theatrical creation.

HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA TRIP:
-Winner and parent or legal guardian shall travel to Hollywood, California to have a workshop with the Warner Bros. Consumer Product team to help inspire a new creation.
ARV: $2,500.

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON TRIP:
-Winner and parent or legal guardian shall travel to Seattle, Washington and meet with Minecraft builders. The Minecraft Education team and a YouTube creator will transform the winning short story idea into a Minecraft world.

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA TRIP:
-Winner and parent/legal guardian shall travel to Los Angeles, California, where the winner will meet with authors Lin Oliver and Henry Winkler for a writing workshop, where the winner’s short story idea will be transformed into a publishable work.

NEW YORK TRIP PRIZE:
-Winner and his/her parent or legal guardian shall travel to New York City and shall work with a representative of Dylan’s Candy Bar in New York City, to create a wonderful piece of candy inspired by the winner’s short story idea.

Each trip includes:
-Roundtrip airfare to destination city; and
-Hotel accommodations for two for up to two (2) nights.
