Home Depot is inviting its loyal customers to participate in the Home Depot Opinion Survey Sweepstakes through April 30th. If you recently completed a shopping at Home Depot, then you can take part in the survey to give your feedback.

To get started, visit the Home Depot survey website to select your preferred language, and click on “Begin Survey” button, then enter the zip code of your primary residence, enter your unique User ID, and password from your purchase, return, or exchange receipt.

Two grand prizes will be awarded; one in the Consumer Category, and the other in the Professional Category. Each winner will receive a $5,000 Home Depot Gift Card.
