During the Sweepstakes Period, go to nhl.com/futuresmart, answer the five (5) questions provided to complete the Quiz and then complete the entry form as instructed including confirmation that you have read and agree to the Official Rules (the completed Quiz and entry form, together the "Entry" and collectively, the "Entries"). All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 1, 2020. Upon submitting a valid Entry, Entrant will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes.

Restrictions/Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13 years of age) as of the time of entry (each such eligible entrant, an "Entrant"). Participants who are considered minors in their jurisdiction of residence must have the permission of their parent/legal guardian to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and/or its representative reserves the right to request proof of such permission at any period during the Sweepstakes. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, the National Hockey League ("NHL"), the NHL's Member Clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises, B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, NHL Network US, L.P. (all foregoing NHL entities collectively, the "NHL Entities"), Wayin, Inc., BAMTech, LLC (aka Disney Streaming Services), and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies, licensors, and prize providers (collectively, the "Ineligible Entities") as well as members of such employees', officers', directors', representatives', and agents' immediate families, namely spouses, children, siblings and parents, and/or persons living in the same household of such persons (at least three months a year, whether or not related) are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
